related metadata.

IP addresses, timestamps, and other technical data used for
security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and product
improvement.

Support and communications.
Information you provide when you contact us for support, request
demos, give feedback, or participate in beta programs (such as
contact details and the content of your messages).
-
To provide the core TMS, dispatch, AI recommendations, and related
features you request.
-
To authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and
investigate suspicious or unauthorized activity.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
-
You retain ownership.
Loads, drivers, trucks, customers, documents, and related
operational records belong to you (or your organization), not
Atlas Command.
-
We act as a processor.
We process and store your data solely to provide the Atlas
Command service and related features, in accordance with your
instructions and applicable agreements.
-
AI features.
When you use AI-driven features (such as dispatch suggestions,
document parsing, or analytics), relevant data may be processed
by trusted AI providers (for example, OpenAI) via secure APIs.
According to their published policies, data sent via enterprise
APIs is not used to train public models.
-
Aggregated and anonymized insights.
We may generate aggregated or anonymized statistics (for example,
general performance metrics or model accuracy trends) that do not
identify you, your drivers, or your customers.
-
Access control.
Atlas Command uses strong authentication, optional multi-factor
authentication (MFA), and strict organization-level access
controls. Access inside the database is limited using
organization-scoped permissions and row-level security.
-
Encryption.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Storage encryption
is provided by our cloud infrastructure providers (such as
managed Postgres and file storage).
-
Backups and resilience.
We rely on managed database services with automated backups and
point-in-time recovery capabilities to help protect against data
loss.
-
Retention.
We retain your data for as long as your account or organization
remains active, or as needed to provide services, comply with
legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Certain security logs may be kept for a longer period for
auditing and abuse prevention.
-
Access & export.
You can request a copy of your data in a reasonable, exportable
format (for example, CSV or JSON) by contacting us.
-
Correction.
If you believe certain information we store about you is
inaccurate or incomplete, you may request a correction.
-
Deletion.
You may request deletion of specific data or closure of your
account, subject to any legal, contractual, or operational
requirements that require us to retain certain records (for
example, billing records or security logs).
-
Communications preferences.
You may opt out of non-essential product emails (such as
marketing updates) by using unsubscribe links where available or
by contacting us.
-
Regional and industry regulations.
If your organization is subject to specific regulations (for
example, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, or industry-specific requirements),
you are responsible for assessing whether Atlas Command meets
those obligations and for configuring the product accordingly.
-
Cross-border data transfers.
Depending on where you and our infrastructure providers are
located, your data may be processed in different regions. We aim
to work with providers that maintain strong security and privacy
practices.
-
Policy updates.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, infrastructure,
or legal requirements evolve. When we do, we will update the
"Last updated" date below and may provide additional notice
(for example, in-app notifications or email).
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, how we handle
